I've helped companies from different sectors, such as Finance and Healthcare, to grow their products by designing seamless experiences to solve the right problems. I'm committed to data-driven design, having led usability tracking initiatives and design system creation to enhance UI consistency. Additionally, I mentor Product Designers, facilitate workshops, and draw creative inspiration from my passions for surfing, music, and travel, enriching my empathetic and innovative design perspective.
I am married to Luísa and we have a lovely son, Dante. We are a family of adventurers!
BoostUp is a B2B SaaS Revenue Platform based in Santa Clara, California. During my time there I led the RevBI Product Design, transforming an idea into the main product sold and significantly increasing ARR. Through workshops and close collaboration with engineering, we scaled the product for growth and aligned it with both user needs and business goals. I worked on this product from Feb 2022 until Jul 2023.

Endeavor is the leading global community of, by and for high-impact entrepreneurs. Endeavor Brazil (BR) is an affiliate local office that has transformed the Brazilian ecosystem over 20 years. I was hired to redesign their internal tool, a matchmaking (networking) software used to help analysts in the process of connecting founders and mentors. The new design focused on making the platform easier to use, more visually appealing, and made the user's work more efficient, increasing user engagement by 100%. I worked on this project from Oct 2022 until Dec 2022.

Adam Fard Studio is a UX Design agency based in Berlin. During my time there I led design projects for diverse sectors, including FinTech and EdTech, employing a Lean UX process to bring products like Devstats and Crowd Insights to life. Receeve is a data-driven debt management platform. I was hired to redesign the entire platform along with new features, enhancing user satisfaction and aligning the product closely with their needs. Key user flows like the Dashboard and Email editor were optimized for a better experience, while new features such as Debt Brokerage and Case Management were introduced. Additionally, I developed a comprehensive Styleguide in Figma to streamline design processes and ensure consistency across the platform. In the RD Station CRM team I drove the design and launch of strategic features like Marketing and Sales integration and Multiple Sales Pipelines, contributing to customer growth and PMF achievement. Softplan is a large software company in Brazil that pioneered the digital transformation of many government agencies and institutions. There I led the creation of their first Design System, design of services portals for the Justice Court and Environment Agency of São Paulo, and led the redesign of CPA (Administrative Process Management) used in several Brazilian government agencies, improving task efficiency and user experience, leading to contract renewals across all client engagements.
